Pink Grapefruit with Feta, Yogurt, Honey and Mint

I had some powdered lime from a Persian market in my cupboard that I was trying to figure out what to do with. Powdered lime tastes a little like Sumac and a little like sour patch kids. It's used in stews and soups in Middle Eastern cooking and is a sour, citrusy flavor bomb. I came up with this dish for lunch from odds and ends in the fridge and one lonely grapefruit in the fruit bowl but it would make an awesome brunch. You can find powdered lime in Middle Eastern markets, online, substitute Sumac or leave it off all together and this would still be delicious.

Ingredients:

1/4 c yogurt
1 pink grapefruit
1 ounce feta
mint leaves
1 Tbs toasted sunflower seeds
honey
1/4 tsp powdered lime

Recipe:

Spoon yogurt of choice on a plate. I used plain, organic, whole milk yogurt. Place a few slices of pink grapefruit on top and add feta (slices or crumbled.) Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves and toasted sunflower seeds, drizzle with honey and add a sprinkle of lime powder.
